Yall, listen… I ordered this hair on November 20th for my birthday this weekend & ended up having an issue with the shipping & carrier service . I decided to reach out to the owner of the company and she went ABOVE & BEYOND for me to make sure that I received my hair on time. She communicated effectively and kept me updated the entire time. She even reached out to me once the hair was delivered to ensure I did in fact receive it. LOVE HER DOWNNNN! The hair is so soft and luscious.
