Our RAW 5X5 HD Closure Wigs are 180% in density for 12-24in and 200% in density for 26in and up! The available textures are Body Wave, Deep Wave, Loose Wave, and Straight and range from 14-30 inches! All wigs are natural 1B in color and are 22.5" in circumference! All wigs come with combs and adjustable strap for security!
Please note, wigs are NOT customized and must be styled to your preference! Wigs are NOT pre-plucked or bleached!

Exchanges are only permitted under special circumstances. Tresses must be returned in the original state, in the original packaging and with no alterations made. If approved, exchanges must be made within 7 days after receiving your order. Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, not including the date of purchase, and shipped using Economy 5-8 or Standard 3-4 business days. Express shipping is offered at an additional fee, and will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3pm CST with Express shipping will be shipped the following business day. Tresses longer than 30 inches are NOT eligible for Express Shipping. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Orders cannot be altered once payment is complete. Raw Tresses By Ross is not responsible for any customs and/or taxes applied to your order. Raw Tresses By Ross is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we do offer insurance for an additional $8 fee in the event your package is lost or stolen. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please select the correct shipping during checkout so that there will be no delays with your order. Incomplete or incorrect address information may cause shipping delays, so please double check your address information for accuracy.
